Founder, Carol Wain, started WIN as a travel incentive company before expanding to a full-service incentive marketing company.
She then founded Nexcentec Solutions, a software company that created a global, multi-use incentive, recognition, and loyalty platform.
Over the years WIN grew to include Enlightened Capitalist, Marquee Incentives, Marquee Marketing, Marquee Events, and Marquee Experiences.
WIN’s current brands include Marquee Incentives, Marquee Marketing, Marquee Events, and Enlightened Capitalist.
Carol was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003 and she is past president of the Incentive Travel Council, a strategic industry group within the Incentive Marketing Association. She was a board member for the Comox Valley Airport Commission and SITE Canada.
Carol wrote the Guerrilla Tourism Marketing Book with Jay Conrad Levinson in 2012. She also produced and hosted the Women’s Reinvention Summit, the Enlightened Capitalist Virtual Summit, and the Reinvention Show.
The higher purpose of WIN is to help business leaders, managers, and intrapreneurs to reinvent business and transform lives.

The vision of WIN is to continue to expand the consulting, training, and education components of sustainable business transformation.
Carol intends to expand the Enlightened Capitalist network to include the Enlightened Capitalist Academy for employees and managers and to create local chapters where business leaders can learn best practices from WIN and each other.
Therefore, all WIN clients and resellers are gifted an Enlightened Capitalist membership for as long as they are clients (and they are welcome to stay in the community after their program ends.)
